We provide support of translational research and teaching for ACGME accredited fellowship programs in surgical oncology, urologic and breast oncology. Around 300+ bone marrow biopsies are performed per year. There are major clinical programs in melanoma, breast cancer, prostate and other urologic cancers, thoracic diseases, gastrointestinal cancers, and neurooncology with special emphasis in skull base and pituitary surgery. The John Wayne performs genomics cancer research across several cancer types, and there is significant academic opportunity for our pathologists.
