  • Very rare
  • Aggressive, often metastasizes
  • To date, always rapidly fatal
  • Usually women, mean 56 years, range 42 - 67 years

Microscopic (histologic) description
  • Highly cellular, solid infiltrative growth with extracapsular invasion
  • Tumor cells are large and pleomorphic with abundant cytoplasm, eosinophilic inclusions, eccentric nuclei with distinct nucleoli
