  • Cystic space lined by flattened endothelial cells
  • Two subgroups: lymphangiomatous and angiomatous cysts
  • Most common adrenal cysts
Epidemiology
  • Highest incidence is in the 5th and 6th decades
  • Mostly in women
  • 8% bilateral
Clinical features
  • May produce flank pain and vague gastrointestinal complaints
