- Extremely rare
- Benign
- Multilobular masses in chest wall of newborns and infants; may interfere with normal delivery
- Excellent prognosis, treatment may not be required

- Large lesion that deforms one or more ribs
Gross description
- Islands of cartilage and cysts
Microscopic (histologic) description
- Cartilaginous nodules with variable hypercellularity, cartilage matures into trabecular bone and resembles growth plate
- Spindle cell proliferation with giant cells and aneurysmal bone cysts
