Definition / general
  • Usually associated with polyostotic Paget disease
  • Multicentric tumors associated with increasing localized pain
  • Much older age than conventional osteosarcoma
  • Very poor prognosis, with death due to pulmonary metastasis or local extension
  • Sites: pelvis, humerus, femur, tibia, skull
