Latent period usually 14 years after radiation of giant cell tumor of bone, or other bone / nonbone tumor
Survival similar to osteosarcoma, regardless of histology

Microscopic (histologic) description

High grade sarcoma, either fibrosarcoma, osteosarcoma or malignant fibrous histiocytoma
