● Mature lymphocytes have dense homogenous nucleus and high N/C ratio
● Immature lymphocytes have vesicular nuclei, prominent nucleoli, and lower N/C ratio
● Follicular cervicitis: aggregates of lymphocytes with tingible body macrophages (see also Chronic Cervicitis)
