  • Due to actinomyces, Crohn's disease, endometriosis, Enterobius, foreign bodies, giant cell arteritis, malakoplakia, Mycobacterium tuberculosis or bovis, post diathermy, postradiation, sarcoidosis, schistosomiasis, xanthogranulomatous salpingitis
