● Most peripheral T-cell lymphomas are CD4+; CD8+ tumors are rare
● Associated with disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) and hemophagocytic syndrome
● Poor prognosis
● Sites: lymph node (all), liver, bone marrow and CNS
