● Ectopic tissue: skeletal muscle, pancreas, adrenal cortex and neuroglia
● Intrapulmonary lymph nodes
● Metaplastic bone: age related finding in bronchial cartilage, associated with bone marrow elements and rarely associated with alveolar exudate
