Definition / general
  • Very rare in jaw
  • Associated with Paget disease
  • Should rule out other giant cell tumors
Microscopic (histologic) description
  • Very large giant cells with large numbers of nuclei that are centrally aggregated
  • Giant cells are diffusely distributed
  • High stromal cellularity, necrosis
