Definition / general
  • Common; occurs in nasal cavity, usually on septum
  • Patients < 18 years are usually male; older patients are usually women, often pregnant, with regression after delivery

Gross description
  • May be very large
Microscopic (histologic) description
  • Capillary lobules that often surround a large central vessel
  • May have marked cellularity and frequent mitotic figures
