Definition / general
- Rare; crystalline material accumulates in cytoplasm of histiocytes; usually kappa light chain origin
- Typically associated with disorders that express monoclonal immunoglobulins such as myeloma, lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma, monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance
