● Rare; mean age 59 years

Gross description

● Mean 9 cm, usually hilar
Micro description
=========================================================================
● Tubulopapillary proliferations of columnar cells with clear cytoplasm; stroma has extensive polygonal, Leydig-like cells
● Rete and hilar mesonephric remnants found in vicinity of the lesion

A small cyst in the hilus is lined by cuboidal epithelial cells, Wolffian remnants are visible below
Positive stains

● CAM 5.2, vimentin, EMA, progesterone receptor
