● Poor prognosis (Am J Clin Pathol 1975;64:488)
● Bones show disturbed osteogenesis, resorption, widespread fibrosis of marrow cavities, no cysts; pathologic fractures common


● Aminoaciduria, anemia, no hypercalciuria, no hyperphosphaturia
