● Benign smooth muscle tumor resembling counterparts elsewhere, but very rare in penis

● Glans, penile subcutaneous tissues or rarely deep erectile tissues (Int J Urol 2007;14:257)
Clinical features

● Small, painless, slow growing mass in adults
Case reports
=========================================================================
● 12 year old boy with lesion on glans (Urologe A 2000;39:171)
● 42 year old man with 8 mm lesion on corona (Urology 2002;59:445)
Treatment
=========================================================================
● Excision, or possibly watchful waiting depending on site
Micro description (Histopathology)
=========================================================================
● Well demarcated smooth muscle tumor, similar to leiomyomas elsewhere
● No atypia, no mitotic activity
