● Often associated with serum eosinophilia, systemic granulomas
Micro description

● Multiple small, necrobiotic granulomas surrounded by numerous eosinophils
● Diffuse stromal eosinophils

● Post-TURP granulomas with eosinophils: absence of systemic manifestations, more irregular granulomas, eosinophils not diffuse
