● Resembles tumors of breast or prostate
● Cystically dilated or slit-like glands, densely cellular stroma with pleomorphism
● Rare mitotic figures (low grade tumors)

● Stromal cells: vimentin, CD34; focal positive for desmin, alpha-smooth muscle actin, progesterone receptor
● Epithelial cells: keratins AE1/AE3, CAM 5.2, 34&betaE12
