● Infiltration by sheets of large histiocytes with granular eosinophilic cytoplasm, large, round and vesicular nuclei, prominent nucleoli, and accompanied by plasma cells and lymphocytes, emperipolesis (histiocytes with intracytoplasmic lymphocytes)
