● Also called pagetoid reticulosis
● Indolent, T cell cutaneous proliferative disorder related to mycosis fungoides
● 2:1 male to female incidence
● Usually solitary lesion on distal extremities
● Disseminated lesions called Ketron-Goodman disease
Treatment

● May include electron beam, pharmacological intervention, psoralen plus ultraviolet A (PUVA) photochemotherapy, radiotherapy, or surgery
