Definition / general
  • Also called pagetoid reticulosis
  • Indolent, T cell cutaneous proliferative disorder related to mycosis fungoides
  • 2:1 male to female incidence
  • Usually solitary lesion on distal extremities
  • Disseminated lesions called Ketron-Goodman disease

  • Solitary erythematosquamous patch
Microscopic (histologic) description
  • Monomorphic intraepidermal infiltrate of mycosis fungoides-like cells, in Paget's disease type pattern
