Coexisting signet-ring cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of ampulla of Vater are both 45M1 positive

Super-minute lesions (< 1 mm) of well-differentiated adenocarcinoma in distal stomach are 45M1 positive

Mucous gland hyperplasia of pancreas is 45M1 positive
