Definition / general
  • Very rare as stomach primary
  • Presents with GI bleeding and gastric mass
  • May be pure, accompany adenocarcinoma or be associated with nontrophoblastic gonadal tissue
  • Aggressive, mean survival less than 1 year whether treated or untreated
