● Rare, usually girls
● Cyst (unilocular, multilocular) lined by gastric mucosa within abdomen
● Usually does not communicate with normal stomach
● Fills with fluid, presents as palpable mass
● Pyloric duplication usually is acquired and due to extensive peptic ulceration
