● Uncommon
● Most common: leukemia, lymphoma, melanoma, breast, esophagus, lung, but almost all sites reported
● Melanoma and carcinomas tend to be multiple and ulcerated
● Metastatic breast and lung carcinomas may resemble linitis plastica
