● By definition, must be surrounded on all sides by gastric mucosa; otherwise may be esophageal carcinoma with gastric extension
● Usually have small glandular component if searched for

Mucoepidermoid carcinoma:
● Very rare

Undifferentiated carcinoma:
● Very rare

Endodermal sinus tumor:
● Very rare

Embryonal carcinoma:
● Very rare
