Definition / general
- Resembles cribriform DCIS of breast but not premalignant or malignant
- May be present in 50% of specimens

- Complex arcades and cellular bridges spanning dilated epididymal lumina
- Hyperchromatic nuclei but no atypia, no mitotic activity
