  • Pseudosarcomatous myofibroblastic proliferation of spermatic cord
  • Usually incidental at herniorrhaphy
  • Ages 52 - 76 years; may be due to ischemia or torsion
  • Resembles nodular fasciitis
  • May be due to ischemia / torsion
  • Similar lesions arise in epididymis
