- Nodular, 1-7 mm, circumscribed and nonencapsulated
- Plump spindle cells in a vascular stroma with infiltrating histiocytes
- Mitotic figures rare (unlike GU lesions)
Bladder: myofibroblastic & inflammatory cells in myxoid stroma
- Smooth muscle actin, endothelial markers (for vessels)
