Link checking:  We continue to link check on a regular basis.  We are posting more images on our server (from donated images) and limiting the use of outside links to known reliable websites and journals, to reduce the number of bad image links.  Even so, some very good websites do go down from time to time.

New Products and Services page:  We continue to add announcements on a regular basis.  Click on the New Products button (left side of the Home Page) to access this page.

Reviewers: We thank Dr. Hind Nassar, Johns Hopkins Medical Institute, for reviewing the Breast nonmalignant chapter.  We want each chapter reviewed by an expert after it is updated.  Currently, we are seeking reviewers for these chapters/sections: Thyroid Gland (update almost completed).  Click here for more information.

Textbook: We have updated the Leukemia-Acute chapter, which now contains more discussion, images and references based on the new WHO classification for AML and ALL.  We have updated the Stains chapter entry on calretinin.  We added a new chapter, Chronic Myeloid Neoplasms, which incorporates the WHO 2008 classification to be published in a few months.  It includes updated text and extensive images and references for Myelodysplasia, Myeloproliferative Neoplasms, MDS/MPN and Mast Cell Disease.  Visit the Management Page (under Clinical Pathology Outlines) to read the new article "Pathology Practice Management Issues for 2008", by Mick Raich of Vachette Pathology.
