After posting, we will send you a confirmation email and invoice; please use the link at the bottom of the invoice to pay. You can also pay by calling in your credit card number (worldwide) or by check / money order (US / Canada only). Prepayment may be required.
There are 5 options for posting:

(b) $400 for a one line listing

Cytopathology Fellowship
Openings for 2022-2023 and 2023-2024
We are currently accepting applications for 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 fellowship positions.
The Department of Pathology offers a one-year ACGME-accredited fellowship in cytopathology with two positions. The fellow is expected to participate in the cytology service and teaching clinical and/or basic research activities. Completion of a research project is expected by the end of the fellowship year with a presentation to faculty, staff, and peers at the Annual Albert G. Smith Resident Research Forum. The fellowship program is designed to provide advanced training in the interpretation of gynecologic and non-gynecologic specimens and fine needle aspiration biopsies. The fellow will be exposed to EBUS and EUS specimens as well. The training includes the use and interpretation of immunohistochemistry, ultrastructural and molecular pathology. Two months of your choice of electives are available which may be dedicated entirely to research. Teaching activities include departmental and interdepartmental conferences.
Requirements: Candidates should be board eligible or certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
Stipends: A $1,250 allowance is provided for textbooks and professional fees.
We are participating in the American Society of Cytopathology (ASC) unified recruitment timeline for cytopathology fellowship programs for the 2023-2024 fellowship year.
1) Applications will start being reviewed: July 15, 2021 (application submission window: July-September 2021)
2) Interviews will start being offered: August 15, 2021
3) Earliest date to extend an offer to an applicant: October 1, 2021 (applicants will have 72 hours to accept/decline)

Cytopathology Fellowship
Openings: 2023 and 2024
The Department of Pathology, Tulane University School of Medicine, has one position available for the Cytopathology Fellowship starting July 1, 2023 and July 1, 2024. We are a fully ACGME accredited program. Training opportunities are conducted at Tulane University School of Medicine and Ochsner Medical Center. Training will include Gyn, Non-Gyn and aspiration cytology. The fellow is encouraged to participate in ongoing research projects.
Requirements: Applicants should be board eligible or certified in anatomic and/or clinical pathology.
Stipends: Commensurate with level of post graduate training.
