GI Pathologist

Laboratory Medicine Consultants (LMC Pathology Services, A Sonic Healthcare Anatomic Pathology Practice) is recruiting for a GI Pathologist to join our team. We are seeking candidates interested in a dynamic, multi-specialty pathology practice serving both inpatient and outpatient clients. The successful candidate will join three other GI pathologists currently in our group. (S)he will work alongside a senior pathologist in a thriving mid-size hospital in suburban Las Vegas. Sign-out responsibilities will include a diverse mix of inpatient hospital cases and an allocation of outpatient GI cases.
The candidate must be AP/CP Board Certified, with successful completion of a GI fellowship. LMC pathologists are committed to providing outstanding service in all aspects of community-based clinical and anatomic pathology; therefore, flexibility and strong training is a must. Candidates must be permanent US residents, have excellent communication skills, and be able to interact well with clinicians, administrators and laboratory staff. The successful candidate should be able to work in a hospital-based setting, and also have the ability to work independently.
This full-time position is an integral part of LMC Pathology Services in Las Vegas, Nevada. LMC is a multi-specialty/multi-state group of 28 pathologists, providing Anatomic/Clinical Pathology and Transfusion Medicine services to multiple hospitals, surgery centers and outpatient facilities in Southern Nevada and Northern Arizona.
