Pathways Professional Associations is a private hospital-based 3 Person Pathology group in search of a 4th full time board certified/board eligible fellowship trained Anatomic/Clinical pathologist with excellent diagnostic and communication skills to join our practice. Applicants with subspecialty training (hematopathology, dermatopathology and others) are encouraged to apply.
Pathways provides pathology services currently for 3 hospitals in central NH and Lakes region NH. The practice has a combined caseload of approximately 16,000 surgical specimens, 3,000 non-gyn cytology cases and 4,500 cervical pap smears.
The pathologist’s responsibilities would include daily sign-out of a variety of surgical, medical cytology and gyn cytology cases. Surgical cases consist of a variety of small biopsies to large complex specimens. Call and occasional travel to all the hospitals would be split with the other members of the department. The applicant would also be expected to help with clinical pathology duties. If you are looking for a varied position with great compensation - this job is for you.
