Pathologist Position
We are seeking a fellowship trained Anatomic/Clinical pathologist. This is a full time position. Fellowship training in surgical pathology and/or surgical pathology subspecialty or cytopathology fellowship is required. Candidates must have completed a fellowship, possess or be eligible for a New Mexico Medical license, and be board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. The ideal candidate must have a focus on diagnostic excellence performing at the highest standards of a major pathology practice. Candidates will participate in case sign out, interact with physicians, residents, fellows, and participate in tumor board and breast conference meetings. Preference for candidates willing to become a Medical Director.
Our group works with hospitals and laboratories with a rich, robust volume of caseloads and clinicians throughout New Mexico and surrounding states. Members of our group are also eligible for academic appointments at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, Pathology Department.
