Sanford Health's multi-subspecialty hospital-based pathology group is seeking an AP/CP Board Certified Dermatopathology fellowship-trained pathologist for a full-time position. This position would be primarily dermatopathology signout, working alongside other dermatopathology fellowship-trained individuals.
- Guaranteed salary first 2 years with upside opportunity after 12 months, generous time off, sign-on incentive, relocation stipend, yearly CME reimbursement
- Wide variety and range of complexity of dermatopathology specimens from dermatologists, plastic surgeons, general surgeons, and other practitioners
- Completely subspecialized signout of dermatopathology, hematopathology and cytopathology by fellowship-trained, subspecialty-boarded individuals
- Monday – Friday with no travel requirements, infrequent and non-burdensome/light call (5-6 weeks/year); pathology technician also on-call 24/7/365 to support, including cutting frozen sections for on-call pathologist
- 12 current pathologists (11 subspecialty fellowship-trained and practice largely subspecialized); candidate would join 3 other fellowship-trained dermatopathologists in the Sanford Fargo region

Position heavily weighted toward GI/liver signout. Additional fellowship training/expertise in GU or GYN pathology preferred.
• Candidate would join 3 other GI/liver fellowship-trained pathologists for a total of 14 pathologists (13 subspecialty fellowship-trained) and group is expanding
• No grossing; PA’s & grossing staff perform all gross dissections, including frozen sections
• No autopsies
• Infrequent call (5-6 weeks/year) and non-burdensome/light; pathology technician also on-call 24/7/365 to support, including cutting frozen sections for
on-call pathologist
