AP/CP Surgical Pathologist
JONESBORO, ARKANSAS (USA).
Doctors’ Anatomic Pathology Services, P.A. is seeking an AP/CP BC/BE surgical pathologist to replace a retiring member. The anticipated starting date is flexible. This is an equal partnership track position in an independent private pathology group (7 pathologists, 2 pathology assistants) which has served multiple hospital systems in Northeast Arkansas for more than 60 years.
This is a diverse practice providing gyn and non-gyn cytology services, and hematopathology in addition to other hospital-based general surgical and clinical pathology services.
The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills and an interest in developing leadership skills to serve as a laboratory director and function on various hospital committees. Applicant must be eligible for licensure in the state of Arkansas and have an unrestricted right to work lawfully in the United States. Fellowship-Trained Gastrointestinal Pathologist
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS (USA).
We are adding to our team again! Advanced Pathology Solutions, LLC, is seeking a motivated, friendly, fellowship-trained gastrointestinal pathologist. APS offers concierge pathology services to GI, podiatry, and GU outpatient clients. This position offers regular hours (9-5) with no call and no weekends. Two or more years of independent sign-out experience is preferred; however, recently trained fellows will also be considered. The candidate must be eligible for an unrestricted medical license in any state. The ideal candidate will have experience in interpreting GI biopsies, and expertise in general surgical pathology is a plus. They should possess superior diagnostic ability, excellent communication skills, and willingness to direct medical laboratories.
Our laboratory is located within walking distance of the Arkansas River, walking/biking trails, and the Big Dam Bridge. It's less than 20 minutes from Pinnacle Mountain State Park, and only 15 minutes from downtown Little Rock and the River Market district. Division of Anatomic Pathology Faculty
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS (USA).
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Department of Pathology is seeking a full-time faculty applicant for the Division of Anatomic Pathology. UAMS in Little Rock is the only academic health sciences university in the state of Arkansas. UAMS has a vibrant Cancer Center that serves the population of the entire state, with clinical specialty expertise in a broad range of solid organ and hematopoietic malignancies. UAMS also has an active transplant program and a strong affiliation with Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
Candidates should be an MD or DO, be board certified/eligible in Anatomic Pathology, and eligible for licensure to practice medicine in Arkansas. We are able to create customized positions for candidates who have additional interests for their role in pathology; however, expertise in gastrointestinal pathology, hepatobiliary pathology, ENT pathology, bone and soft tissue pathology, cytopathology, or a combination of those areas is preferable. UAMS faculty have a strong commitment to undergraduate and graduate medical education and research. Faculty members also participate broadly in both departmental and institutional committees. Academic rank, track, and salary will be commensurate with experience.
