- Stone (dacryolith) in lacrimal canal
- Probably due to low grade inflammation, including mycoses (Arachnia propionica)
Microscopic (histologic) description
- Laminated concretions in lacrimal sac
- May contain degenerating epithelial cells and neutrophils, often fungi
