- Also called adenoma of rete ovarii
- Rare; mean age 59 years

Gross description
- Mean 9 cm, usually hilar
Microscopic (histologic) description
- Tubulopapillary proliferations of columnar cells with clear cytoplasm; stroma has extensive polygonal, Leydig-like cells
- Rete and hilar mesonephric remnants found in vicinity of the lesion
