Current contests / drawings
(1) This contest / drawing is for laboratory personnel other than pathologists or PhDs. We will select 2 names at random from our Other Laboratory Jobs email list as of 1 November 2008, and send them $50 by check or PayPal. Eligible personnel can enter the drawing by sending an email to natpernick@hotmail.com with “email other laboratory jobs” in the subject line.
(2) This contest / drawing is open to anyone who works in a pathology department or laboratory. We will reimburse each of two winners the price plus shipping of any item purchased from Amazon.com, up to $50 (US), by check or PayPal, if you enter Amazon.com through our website to make the purchase. To be eligible:
● Visit Amazon.com by clicking on the Amazon.com or aStore banners on our Home Page, Affiliates Page or the Amazon.com links on our Books page. This tags your purchase as originating at our website.
● Purchase anything from Amazon.com (that they sell or that is sold through a third party)
● Fax (248/258-9147) or email (NatPernick@hotmail.com) us the confirmation from Amazon.com, which must have your email address so we can contact you if you win. We will confirm that Amazon has credited us with the origination, and as long as you don’t return the item, we will enter your name in the drawing.
● All purchases from 11 July 2008 through 31 December 2008 are eligible.
● You may enter more than once, but only one entry per week is eligible.
(3) This contest / drawing is for first year pathology residents in the US or Canada who sign up for our New Books email by 31 December 2008. Just email us “sign up for new books email” and tell us the name of the program where you are a first year resident. We will select one name at random, and mail a check for $50 (your status as a first year resident is subject to verification).

These contests are actually drawings. Winners agree to have their name and city, state and country posted on this page. Proof of any additional requirements (such as being a pathologist or a laboratory employee other than a pathologist) may be required. Contests do not apply to individuals in jurisdictions where they would be illegal. All drawings are random.
