Dr. VandenBussche’s research focuses on genitourinary and gynecologic cytopathology. He investigates molecular methods and digital image analysis techniques that may contribute to the earlier detection and treatment of cancer. His clinical research involves the international standardization of reporting in cytologic specimens.
